Performative Dinner

The Banquet of Becoming invites you to explore food as a relational medium through which nourishment, exchange, and attention become gestures of collective transformation. Within an ecology of gestures, sounds, and tastes, eating becomes a practice of co-existence. Fermentation, sharing, and digestion are approached as participatory processes within the Earth’s ongoing metabolism, revealing our entanglement with microbial, plant, animal, and human agencies. The Banquet of Becoming is a performative dinner series conceived and hosted by Stephanie Winter.

All programs will take place at Gallery Kabinet T in Zlín and will be held in English.
